Detectives are investigating a series of burglaries in West Cornwall which are believed to be linked.
Officers have received seven reports of incidents thought to have taken place between Thursday 3rd and Monday 7th April. The exact times of the offences are currently unconfirmed.
In each case, it is believed that entry was forced into residential properties, which were then searched, and items including cash were taken.
The reported incidents are as follows:
-
Camborne – Weeth Road, Meadow Drive, and Holman Avenue
-
Redruth – Two incidents at The Paddock
-
Newquay – Penhallow Road and Well Way
Police say the circumstances of the burglaries are very similar, and they believe the incidents may be connected.
Investigating officers are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed suspicious activity in these areas or who may have relevant dashcam, CCTV, or doorbell footage to come forward.
Information can be reported to police by calling 101 or via the Devon and Cornwall Police website, quoting reference 50250084682.
