A motorcyclist has been taken to hospital with serious injuries following a collision on the A39 near Indian Queens.
The incident happened near Highgate Hill roundabout, with emergency services called to the scene earlier this morning.
Road closures were put in place before 8am at the Halloon roundabout junction with the A392 and at the A30. National Highways said both the eastbound and westbound exit slip roads from the A30 onto the A39 were closed due to the collision.
The closures led to queuing traffic in the area, including around Indian Queens.
A Devon and Cornwall Police spokesperson said: "Emergency services are currently at Highgate Hill roundabout, Indian Queens, following a report of a collision involving a motorbike.
The rider has been taken to hospital with serious injuries.
There is some disruption to traffic in the area while we remain at the scene."
