Over 30 veterans from across the UK will gather at Newquay Activity Centre to try a range of water sports - many for the very first time.
The activities - including surfing, bodyboarding, kayaking and snorkelling - have been specially adapted for veterans living with physical injuries or disabilities, giving them the chance to rebuild confidence and connect with others who’ve served.
This is the fifth stop on the national series, following other events in Liverpool, Cardiff, Birmingham and Inverclyde. It's all part of Help for Heroes’ sports recovery programme — supporting the physical and mental health of the Armed Forces community.
