A motorcyclist remains in a critical condition in hospital following a collision near St Columb Major.
Emergency services were called to the B3274 at Castle an Dinas at about 7.10pm on Tuesday 4 August.
Devon and Cornwall Police said the collision involved an orange Royal Enfield motorcycle with a sidecar.
The rider, a man in his 60s from St Austell, sustained life-threatening injuries and was taken to Derriford Hospital.
Ambulance and fire crews also attended the scene.
The road remained closed until about 10pm while officers carried out an investigation.
Police are appealing for witnesses and anyone with relevant dashcam footage to contact them through the force website or by calling 101.
