It’s National No Smoking Day, and today, Healthy Cornwall is reminding us all about the support available to help quit smoking for good.
Last year, over 2,500 people set their “Quit Days” with the Cornwall based stop smoking service.
It offers a range of support, help and tools to help people stop for good, including Vapes, patches and gum.
Olivia Davenport, the Smoke-Free Generation Lead, tells us more about how the service can help you take that important step towards a healthier lifestyle. PRESS PLAY to hear more...
