A Newquay businessman is encouraging people to support small and independent businesses through a spoken-word poem.
Topher Chard, owner of the Saltd cafés at the railway station and on Cliff Road, has released the poem to highlight both the positives and challenges facing local traders.
He's been telling Radio Newquay about what inspired him to write it and shares his thoughts on the months ahead.
