A man in his 60s has suffered serious injuries following a collision on the A30 near Mitchell.
Emergency services were called at around 7.10pm on Thursday evening to the westbound carriageway after reports of a crash involving a Honda motorcycle and a white Ford Transit Connect.
The man, who is believed to be from the local area, was seriously hurt.
Police say the road was closed while emergency services dealt with the scene and an investigation was carried out.
Officers from the Roads Policing Team have thanked the public "for their patience whilst the road was closed."
