A charity paddle event which has raised more than £185,000 for children's charities and youth wellbeing projects is set to return to Newquay Harbour on Thursday.
The Joe Way Paddle for Life was founded in memory of four-year-old Joe Way, who died in 2008 after living with a rare genetic condition and serious illness.
Since its launch, the event has supported more than 20 local and regional charities, helping children, families and lifesaving services across Cornwall.

The event combines paddle races, live music, family activities, food stalls and fundraising, with participants taking to the water throughout the afternoon and evening.
Highlights include a 1km fun paddle, 200m harbour races, a relay competition and the RNLI Pro Joe Way Memorial Cup. Skydivers are also due to land on the beach to officially open the event.
Live music will be provided by Lottie Brown and Tom Carr, while the Newquay Rowing Club Male Voice Choir will perform during the evening. The event concludes with an after-party featuring DJs from Amplify Southwest, including Rosie Way.
A charity raffle featuring more than £2,000 worth of prizes is also taking place. Prizes include a signed guitar donated by singer-songwriter James Morrison, a YETI cooler, signed surf artwork and family activity vouchers.
Event organiser Matt Way said: "Live music is a huge part of what makes Paddle for Life special. It's not just about the fundraising - it's about creating an atmosphere, bringing people together and showcasing the incredible talent we have locally. This year's line-up really captures that journey through the day."
The event begins at 4pm, with food stalls and activities opening throughout the afternoon. Radio Newquay will be broadcasting live from the harbour during the event.
