An event calling for an end to violence against women and girls is returning to Newquay this winter.
The Women's Centre Cornwall will hold their Reclaim the Night event at the Killacourt on December 6th.
In addition to a candlelit vigil, the event will feature a dance performance, live music, and a women's march through the town centre.
A spokesperson for the charity said: "Violence against women and girls is one of the most urgent human rights emergencies in the world today. At least one in three women experience sexual and/or domestic violence in their lifetime."
