A powerful play is set to hit the stage in Newquay, delving into the early days of the internet.
"Chatroom" by Enda Walsh, is a dark comedy that explores how the internet can reveal both the best and worst of human nature. Directed by Gary Smith of TADS Youth (Threemilestone Amateur Dramatics Society), this timely production features a "wonderful" young cast. Set in 2004, the story unfolds in an online chatroom where a group of teenagers confront some of the most pressing issues of their time.
"Chatroom" will be performed at Lane Theatre from the Thursday 5th to Saturday 7th September, with a matinee on Saturday.
