A community skate event will return to Nansledan this weekend, bringing an afternoon of scooter, BMX and skateboard sessions to the Pumptrack.
The Nansledan Skate Jam, hosted by the Duchy of Cornwall in collaboration with Maverick Skateparks, takes place on Sunday 31 August from 1:00pm to 5:00pm.
All competitions are free to enter and designed to be fun, inclusive and relaxed. Whether attending to ride, cheer or simply enjoy the community atmosphere, there will be something for everyone. The day will include:

Scooter Jam – 1:00pm to 2:00pm

The pumptrack, which opened in 2024, was built by Maverick Skateparks on behalf of the Duchy of Cornwall as part of the development of Nansledan.
