A Newquay hotel has been sold for an undisclosed sum. Savills has confirmed that the 76-bedroom Pentire Hotel on Pentire Avenue has been purchased by Cashmere Hotels Limited in an off-market sale.
The company says the hotel has recently undergone significant investment and renovations. Amenities include a bistro, terrace, and contemporary lounge bar, as well as a conference suite with a private bar and a south-facing terrace for al fresco dining. The ground floor features a newly refurbished indoor swimming pool and a spa treatment room with direct garden access.
James Greenslade, Director of Savills Hotel Capital Markets, said:
“The sale of the Pentire Hotel provides the purchaser with a well-invested hotel, with a strong trading track record. Given the strong market fundamentals, we understandably received good levels of interest in the hotel and are delighted to have found a new owner who we are sure will continue its success.”
Radio Newquay has contacted the hotel for further details.
