Police are urging surfers to remain vigilant after thieves stole surfboards worth £15,000 from north Cornwall.
A Williams box trailer containing 34 surfboards was stolen from Widemouth Beach car park, near Bude, between Friday afternoon and Saturday morning.
The trailer is marked with "OA Surf Club" in blue and white.
Police are appealing for anyone who may have recently purchased a trailer or surfboard matching the description of those stolen, or who has relevant CCTV or doorbell footage. They are also keen to hear from anyone who noticed suspicious behaviour in the area around the time of the theft.
Anybody with information should contact police on 101 or via the Devon and Cornwall Police website quoting 50240308795
