We are running a FREE after school club for young people aged between 10 & 16 who may be going through some difficulties at the moment with their mental health, bullying, anxiety, bereavement etc. We will coming together with dance, yoga, mindfulness as well as looking at strategies to deal with difficult situations. We will also be inviting the young people and their families to join us at our online Family Fitness and Family Yoga sessions.
