Residents, business owners and councillors have been sharing their views on proposals that could see part of Tregunnel Hill Car Park used as the site of a replacement care home in Newquay.
Newquay BID organised a media event to highlight concerns about the possible loss of parking spaces. Cornwall Councillor Drew Creek says the town needs both improved care facilities and adequate parking, while Cornwall Council says no decision has been made and that Tregunnel Hill is one of several sites being considered.
