The Newquay Orchard Fayre

The Newquay Orchard Fayre brings together the best of our community. It’s a celebration of the Orchard as a beautiful space for everyone, featuring the best of local food, crafts and entertainment.

The Fayre returns on Saturday 20th May 2023, as a celebration of the Orchard as a community space and the people who have helped to create it over the past 7 years.

Last held in May 2019, the Orchard Fayre has always been about bringing together the Newquay Community and showcasing a variety of the best of local arts, entertainment and tasty treats.

Sponsored by The Duchy of Cornwall, Wain Homes, CG Fry and Son and Morrish Builders, The Newquay Orchard Fayre has a focus on fun and entertainment, with free workshops and activities from a plethora of organisations and games aplenty.

Featuring: music and spoken word from Sproutspoken and kids’ activities from Imagine Outdoors; food (coffee, cake and delicious hot treats); engaging community stalls from local organisations such as the Salvation Army, Prickles and Paws and the Wildlife Trust; lawn games lead by Team Orchard; art exhibitions and arty fun with ALMA Artspace; willow weaving and foraging with our volunteers; bicycle repair workshops; horticulture activities; and wellbeing drop-in sessions like yoga and herbal healing led by some of Newquay Orchard’s members and lots, lots more.

We’re so excited to have put together an event with our community in mind which will utilise every corner of the Orchard. Expect fun, music and a whole lot of connection to end a wonderful summer for our town.
