The Cornwall Air Ambulance Trust are also looking for people to get involved in their 5K in a day superhero challenge.
They're asking you to run, walk, skip or cycle 5k over the weekend of 5th and 6th of June.
Register for free and if you raise £20 in sponsorship you'll receive your own medal!
You can take on the challenge anywhere, anytime over that weekend.
