BODY | EARTH | HOME is an immersive outdoors dance experience that invites you to connect deeply with yourself, the world around you, and the urgent need to protect our precious planet.
BODY | EARTH| HOME holds a powerful truth—that our physical bodies are our sole dwelling, just as Earth is our ultimate home. Through the art of dance, mindfulness, and ecological awareness, this workshop empowers you to nurture your body, deepen your connection with nature, and cultivate a sense of responsibility for our collective well-being.
Guided by experienced dance facilitators, you'll embark on a joyful exploration of movement and self-care. By attuning to the rhythms of your body and honouring its needs, you'll unlock a profound understanding of the intricate connection between personal well-being and the health of our planet.
