Annual Cubert Fun Run

Registration will be available online for both races, prior to races (preferably). Please use the following link for a Registration Form to submit your application for the Race: https://forms.gle/EczoSSNrime5eXkn9 or scan below using QR code. Details of payment by bacs can be found on the Registration Form, (Cubert & Holywell Carnival Committee, Sort code: 09-01-51 Account No: 89525509. Reference: Race/Surname of Competitor) Registration Forms can also be obtained at The Cubert Post Office.
For registration on the day, competitors will be required to pay an extra 50p. £5 - One Mile Race, £4 Toddler Trot

Registration will be open from 1pm - 2pm on the day at the village Church Field, STRICTLY NO ENTRIES AFTER 1.45pm For Toddler Trot or 2PM for One Mile Race. For those who have pre-booked online, they can pick up their Ankle Tag/Race Number. The cost per competitor will be £4.50 for online registration only, to be paid via bacs (payment details are on the online Registration Form) Registration for Toddlers is also online at a cost of £3.50 (strictly under 5’s only) The Course will be approximately ¼ of a mile around the field. Last entry will be 1.50pm. There will be trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd male/female toddlers.

There will be 1st, 2nd & 3rd Trophies awarded overall (Girls/Boys combined)
and for the following race Categories:
Boys Under 12’s Girls under 12’s Boys Under 9’sGirls under 9’s Youngest Finisher 1st Cubert School Pupil
Plus an Award for 1st Surf Life Club Nipper

Optional Fancy Dress with any theme - in view of the Event, a Royal theme would be a suggestion. Judging will take place before race at 1.45pm and will then receive a Cup at the Presentation.

The 1 mile route will be a measured course. The results will be available after the race and will be put on the David Ball website:

Each competitor of both races, will receive a medal, a goodie bag and a drink after the race. The Presentation of Trophies for both races which will be at approximately 4pm onwards, when all results are in. The Race will be fully marshaled and part of the course route will go through the village and surrounding streets, then return to do another lap of the field. The One Mile Race will be chipped timed to give the runners their results as soon as possible.
This year, the mat will be wider and runners will be asked to start in order of their ability. The field will be adequately staked, wide enough for the runners to have space to pass and will be super beneficial for spectators.

First Aiders will be present. Parking and toilets will be available.

Refreshments will be available, live music, local stalls, activities and much much more….!
