He has left 11 of his yellow wellies around the harbour. Each one has a letter on it. Collect all 11 letters and re-arrange them to find out where he is.
Collect your entry form from ther RNLI shop at the harbour and return the completed form to the shop by noon to win an Easter Egg. And your grown up will win a drinks voucher.
